See photos. Letter dated 1944 on Charles L Parsons letterhead. Washington DC. Very interesting subject. Looks like the letter is a copy as the signatures are not true ink, appear to be copied from the original.
Back of page has tons of writing, I really cannot make it out but it is hand written in pencil. Not sure if related to the front subject or not.
Great piece of Chemical history.
Coming from a clean, smoke free home.
