    Description

BENJAMIN FRANKLIN KNOWN FOR UNLIMITED CONTRIBUTIONS TO OUR COUNTRY.
    Great collectible item.
Please note that each coin has a different location of engraver's signature under Ben.  And looking closely you can see a very significant difference in size, shape and position of his bust.  I could not find in my research when the souvenir die was actually changed.
Obverse Lettering:  Bust of BENJAMIN FRANKLIN  1706--1790   AUG. C. FRANK (engraver)
Reverse Lettering:  SOUVENIR  BENJAMIN FRANKLIN MEMORIAL.  The reverse features an engraving of the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia PA., which is also a science museum.  Inside a giant rotunda displaying a 30 ton sculpture of Franklin by James Earle Fraser sitting on a 92 ton pedestal of white Seravezza marble.  Originally opened in 1938.
    He was a
    politician
, a scholar, inventor, diplomat, was the first Ambassador ever received by a foreign government.  He was the first official diplomat and ambassador to 13 colonies. The Franklin Institute in Philadelphia Pennsylvania is a fitting tribute to his contributions and genius.
This Bronze Token is 19.3mm diameter,  has a smooth edge.
As you can see in the many photos that these coins are in good condition and great definition.
